About the Program....

CN Railroad has a "Training Simulator" which consists of a Locomotive, and pressurized vessels. Anthony Ippolito, Dangerous Goods Officer, CN Network Operations, will instruct the class and have multiple other instructors for the hands on segment of the training. This is going to be a close up look at the locomotive, and all of the different types of liquid (haz-mat) transportation vessels. The Kankakee MABAS 7 Haz-Mat team is scheduled to attend both classes, to explain protocol, and operational procedures. Training day hopefully they are able to bring down their response team and equipment.

Street clothes for classroom segment, Firefighters need PPE's for training day.

Bringing all divisions of emergency services together for this training will help us to mitigate these types of emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
Available spots for the training are limited, and pre-registration is a must.
