Riverside Brings Most Advanced Medical Imaging System to Region

New CT imaging technology now available to Riverside patients

Patients requiring computed tomography (CT) imaging scans now have access to the most advanced medical imaging system in the region at Riverside Healthcare. The Aquilion® ONE Dynamic Volume CT System provides faster diagnoses, leading to better outcomes and overall lower healthcare costs.

Detecting and treating disease at its earliest stages significantly improves quality of life for our patients, and it's at the core of this new technology," said Dr. Jeffery Mendell, Medical Director of Radiology at Riverside Healthcare.

"This new system provides an outstanding all-inclusive scan that dramatically reduces the time of diagnosis from hours to only minutes. This is especially important for patients experiencing stroke, serious heart conditions and other life-threatening diseases, when seconds count, by helping to ensure the best possible outcomes."
