IMH Heart Health education programs

Iroquois Memorial Hospital representatives will present educational programs Thursday, February 20, at the Watseka Public Library. The IMH Heart Health Presentations are part of the Watseka Public Library Monthly Education Programs.  Contact the library for more details at 815-432-4544..

"Ways to Live a Heart Healthy Life -- from age 0 - 100" features Marsha Hubert, RN, Cardiac Rehab as the presenter.  Thursday's program is from 10 - 10:30 am.

"Eat Smart for a Healthy Heart" is presented by Registered Dietitian, Director of Resource Development & Nutrition Services, Holly Isaac.  The program is from 10:30 am - 11 am.

Free blood pressure screens will be provided from 10 am 'til Noon by the Iroquois Home Health Team.
