Zakk Clark’s “Make A Difference” Talent Competition

Zakk Clark’s “Make A Difference” Talent Competition

This Sunday, December 5th, at 2:00 PM will be the Zakk Clark “Make A Difference” Talent Competition at the Watseka High School gym!  School aged vocal and instrumental musicians will take the stage to compete in a “People’s Choice” competition that will benefit the Watseka Area Food Pantry!

Zakk’s created this fun event as a Civics project that will “make a difference” for a worthy organization.  All the participants are to bring food to donate to the Food Pantry.  Plus, as the audience arrives at the gym, their entry fee will also be food for the Food Pantry!!  As Zakk says, “a food item or two is welcome, but since it’s  the Thanksgiving/Christmas season, and there are so many people in need, please feel free to bring as many food items as you possibly can!”

Come on over to the high school this Sunday at 2:00 PM and enjoy the local talent!  You will also see some of the County Fair winners who will be going to the State Fair Competition in January.  Bring a pen or pencil, because YOU will be the judges in this very unique event!
