The 2022 Illinois State Fair butter cow is being unveiled today (Wednesday) in Springfield. The famous 500-pound butter sculpture is a fan favorite every year. Gov. JB Pritzker, First Lady MK Pritzker, and Lt. Governor Juliana Stratton will be on hand for the 2022 State Fair ribbon-cutting ceremony. The fair begins in earnest on Thursday.
