Research shows the pandemic caused a shift in America's labor paradigm.  The research firm, TOP Data, conducted an-indepth analysis of the Best and Worst States for a Job in 2022.  Based on the analysis of 51 metrics organized into 5 key indicators of satisfaction and opportunity, the 2022 Best States for Job Rankings showed Illinois ranked #41 in the nation.  The 5 key indicators included:  Job Market, Compensation & Benefits, Business Friendliness, State Economy and Quality of Life.
