A two vehicle crash on US 41 at SR 10 was investigated Monday night by sheriff’s deputies in Newton County, IN. Several emergency agencies were involved. The accident included bodily injury and entrapment.

Sheriff’s Police reported a 55-year-old Massachusetts man, driving a tractor/trailer, was traveling East bound at the intersection in Lake Village. The driver crashed into another tractor-trailer traveling south bound. The driver of the first vehicle was extricated by fire and medical personnel. His condition is unknown at this time.

The second vehicle was driven by a 62-year old Virginia man. His condition is unknown at this time.
