Steger man sought for fraud

A 26-year-old man is the subject of a warrant.  Authorites are looking for 26-year-old Zachary Perry of Steger.  He's alleged to have obtained a loan from the COVID-19 Government Payment Protection Program for nearly $21,000.  He fraudulently claimed gross revenues of over $100,000 for his business.  He's also claimed $7,000 in unemplyment funds from the State's Department of Employment Security.  That was after he received the PPE loan, which made him ineligible for any unemployment.  The nwarrant issued for his arrest calls for a $200,000 bond.
