40-year-old Rodolfo Luna of Dwight  was sentenced to prison in a Livingston County case. Luna was convicted of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault and 2-counts of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse.  Records show he sexually assaulted a child between 2008 and 2009 in the Livingston County area.  In addition to the prison time, Luna will have to register as a sex offender..  Another pending case in Livingston County has Luna facing chargesn of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse.
