The NWS has issued a wind advisory for the listening-area until 3 am Saturday.  Northwest winds could reach 45-55 mph through today and tonight, effecting east central Illinois and northwest Indiana.  Showers are expected too.  Portions of the area could be dealing with power outages and unsecured objects could be tossed around.  Tree limbs could be an issue and high-profile vehicles could be difficult to control.  Motorists need to be aware of changing conditions.  Scattered ran and snow showers could limit visibility too.
