The death of a 37-year-old Bourbonnais man is under investigation by the Kankakee County Sheriff's Department and the County Coroner.  Terrance Washington was found unresponsive in his cell at the Jerome Combs Detention Center.  A news release states, Kankakee Fire paramedics responded to the jail just after noon Thursday.  Jail medical staff and paramedics were unable to revive Washington.  Foul play is not suspected.  An autopsy was scheduled.
