Out of caution for county employees and the public, Kankakee County offices will be closed Friday, December 23rd.  The weather forecast calls for continued  blizzard-like conditions and dangerous wind chills.  Officials announced the offices of County Clerk, County Recorder, County Treasurer and Assessor's Office -- all in the County Administration Building at 189 E. Court Street -- will be closed.
