Two structure fires within 10 minutes of each other alerted area fire departments in Hoopeston Thursday night.  No injuries were reported.  The occupants made it out of the buildings. Hoopeston, Rankin/East Lynn, Rossville and Bismarck Fire assisted in the 800-block of S. 5th Street at 10:17 pm.  A second house fire at 10:25 pm alerted firemen to the 600-block of E. Young Avenue.  Milford and Wellington  Fire provided mutual aid.  Both houses were a total loss.  The cause of both are under investigation.
