Despite all the COVID-19 talk and cancellations, the Illinois Primary Election is one event not postponed or cancelled. State officials said over the weekend they have no plans to cancel the Tuesday voting, but they do encourage early-voting.  Voters can visit their county clerk and cast an early ballot during business hours today.  The polls are open Tuesday at 6 am.
