WATSEKA -- The Iroquois County Courthouse and the neighboring Administrative Center are closed Monday, January 6, 2014.

County Sheriff Derek Hagen made the announcement Sunday morning after conferring with Chief Circuit Judge Gordon Lustfeldt.

Pending weather conditions, the two buildings will resume business Tuesday.

The people called for jury service should call the jury call-in telephone number (815-432-6967) Monday night for further instructions or check this county website (www.co.iroquois.il.us).

People with any court cases should be in contact with their respective attorney for a future court date. Other notices will be sent by mail.
