Iroquois Memorial Hospital ACO Team Wins North “Go-Getter” Award

Iroquois Memorial Hospital’s Accountable Care Organization Team was awarded the North “Go-Getter” Award from the Illinois Rural Community Care Organization. The winners were selected based on their excellence in the following criteria:
1. Modified workflow and monitored modifications to ensure continuous improvement. 2. Continuous upward trend in ACO quality metrics and playbook data. 3. Built and expanded team as needed to achieve goals. 4. Motivated to acquire more knowledge. 5. Attended meetings and is timely with data submissions.
