Watseka Police responded to a domestic problem in progress early Sunday. Officers arrived in the 400-block of M. 5th Street just before 5 am to find a male subject had been struck in the head with a baseball bat. Riverside Ambulance was the scene.  Police then arrested 19-year-old Bobby Moss Jr. He's charged with aggravated domestic battery.
