Indiana State Police report a semi tied up traffic on I-65 near Lowell Thursday morning. A Valparaiso, IN truck driver lost control while southbound around 11 am. The truck was changing lanes in a construction zone when it left the roadway. The rig rolled onto its side. The un-identified driver was treated at a Crown Point hospital.
