The East Central Illinois Community Action Agency is accepting appointments for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) to assist those low-income families during the pandemic. Heating Assistance and Reconnection Assistance applications will be processed thru June 30, or until funding is exhausted.  Eligible Ford, Iroquois and Vermiltion County residents can apply at any of the LIHEAP energy locations.
