Grant Park fire officials were investigating the cause of a fire Thursday morning that damaged a maintenance building. There was no injury reported. 

A handful of area fire departments were dispatched around 8 am. Local firemen found flames shooting 30 feet into the air from the building in the 200-block of N. Stanley.

There was maintenance equipment, including a tractor in the building. The amount of damage was still being processed.

Firemen cautiously protected the flames from a neighboring lumberyard and a manufacturing center.
