Illinois State Police report the arrest of 35-year-old Mark A. Palinski of Bradley for three counts of Possession of Child Pornography.  The felony charge involves a victim being under the age of 13.  The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children received a cybertip about Palinski and alerted ISP Division of Criminal Investigations.  Thursday, agents executed a search warrant at a residence in the 100 block of N. Kinzie Street in Bradley.  Evidence was gathered as a result of the search warrant and Palinski was taken into custody.
