Iroquois County Sheriff Derek Hagen presents this evening’s (Wed) People’s Law School program at the Watseka Public Library. Hagen’s topic for discussion is the much-talked about right to bear arms issue, which is always a hot topic among Illinois lawmakers.
The People’s Law School is offered each Wednesday in May at the library. Now in its 11th year, the Law School is sponsored by the Iroquois County Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.

Next Wednesday, attorney Ted Spenn talks about ‘How to Avoid Probate.” The final program on May 30th finds the state Comptroller’s Office presenting a program about “Fraud and Identity Theft.”
Visitors are asked to call the library to provide a head-count.
