Illinois Farm Bureau President Rich Guebert says 240 newer members of Congress have never worked on a Farm Bill before.  So getting everyone up to speed and aware of its importance is critical for getting a new bill in print and approved. Rough estimates say the new farm bill will cost one point five trillion dollars.  Guebert hopes Congress will start working on the farm bill in September.
