Dwight house fire injures 3 people

A rural residential structure fire north-west of Dwight (Friday) sent three people to Morris Community Hospital.  Minor injuries were reported to tyhe three victims. 

Dwight Fire and EMS responded around 1:30 in the morning.  Heavy smoke and flames were showing from the rear of the structure. Upon arrival, firefighters established that all occupants were out of the building. Heavy flames and smoke were spreading throughout the residence. Fire officials initiated an aggressive fire attack while requesting assistance from neighboring fire and EMS agencies.

Fire was extinguished and MABAS Division 15 investigators are currently investigating the cause of the fire.
