Kankakee Police along with the Kankakee Area Metropolitan Enforcement Group (KAMEG), Kankakee County Sheriff’s Office, and other local law enforcement, executed a search warrant at a residence in Kankakee.  Following the investigation, 34-year-old Christopher A. Loiselle of Kankakee was arrested and charged with one count of Electronic Cyberstalking (Class 4 Felony), one count of Grooming (Class 4 Felony), and one count of Electronic Harassment (Class 4 Felony). Loiselle was transferred to the custody of the Jerome Combs Detention Center to await his bond hearing.
