Illinois State Police investigated a motorcyle crash that killed a Wilmington man Friday. The accident occurred shortly before 11 pm in Braidwood.  31-year-old David Pollack was northbound on Illinois Route 129 when he struck a tire that was laying in the roadway.  Police reported Pollack lost control, traveled off the road and was ejected from the Harley-Davidson bike.  Pollack was airlifted to a regional hospital where he died of injuries.
