An 18-minute procession led a Kankakee County sheriff deputy to his final resting place Monday. 35-year-old Zebulun "Zeb" Pfeiffer died last Wednesday when he suffered a heart attack. He was a 17-year veteran of the department.

Several emergency vehicles were involved in the procession from St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in Kankakee to All Saints Cemetery in Bourbonnais.
