A 25-year-old woman was killed early (today) Thursday while walking along Route 23 in Livingston County. Kenisha Hall of Berwyn was struck by an SUV while walking in the northbound lane of Illinois Route 23. It happened at Livingston County Road 2100 North. There was no immediate word whether the driver of the SUV was cited.
