The number of coronavirus cases neared 6,000 in Indiana today. The state reported 436 new coronavirus cases and 30 new deaths. In total, there are 5,943 cases and 203 deaths in the state.

Tippecanoe County reported four new cases, now a total of 38. COVID-19 deaths are recorded in Newton, Jasper, Tippecanoe, Warren, Fountain and Howard counties.
