A fire at Denny's Restaurant, just off Route 50, at Bourbonnais will find the facility closed for at least 30 days.

Repairs will have to be made and then the restaurant will have to pass inspection from the Kankakee County Health Department.

The fire last Friday caused an estimated $100,000 damage. The cause of the fire has not officially been determined, but officials said the main damage was to the rooftop. A heating and air-conditioning unit will have to removed to make repairs to the roof.

There was no injury.
