Damage assessments are complete in Kankakee County after tornadoes hit the Aroma Park area earlier this month.  The Illinois Emergency Management Agency and Office of Homeland Security are conducting a comprehensive review of the data collected.  The preliminary damage assessments conducted last week documented hundreds of descriptions and photographs of damage. This information may lead to the state government requesting federal assistance.
