Champaign Police are investigating the fatal shooting of a 16-year-old at Market Place Mall Saturday night.  The Coroner's Office identified the victim as Jaylen Bailey. The shooting happened in the parking lot near Dick's, just about 6:15 pm.   Police said a fight broke out and at least one shot was fired, hitting and killing the victim.  No arrests have been made in the shooting yet.
