40-year-old Donald Jessie Jr. of Milford was jailed in Watseka after an arrest Tuesday in Iroquois County.  Milford Police charged Jessie with aggravateddomestic battery, aggravated battery to a police officer, threatening an officer, interferring with a domestic alteration report, resisting arrest, and criminal damage to property.
