Illinois has an agriculture disaster. The U.S. Department of Agriculture declared an agriculture disaster for all 102 counties of the state. The designation means the state will get resources for farmers affected by flooding through low-interest emergency loans to help cover production costs, replace property, pay essential family expenses and more.
