A new report from the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority found police departments and sheriff’s offices have seen a spike in meth arrests. Their numbers show meth arrests tripled between 2010 and 2017. White men younger than 40 are most likely to be arrested for meth in rural Illinois.
