— Emergency responders were on the scene of semi rollover accidents on I-57 in Iroquois County Friday night. The severe weather was to blame. At least three people were transported to hospitals, while crews had to deal with road closures near Buckley.

Illinois State Police reported southbound I-57 was closed about 10 pm. The closure wasn’t reopened until 12:15 Saturday morning. A driver and passenger were sent to the hospital. A second semi driver was sent to the hospital after another rollover about 30-minutes later. That rollover closed the intrstate until around 2:30 am.
