A single-vehicle accident Saturday south of Illinois Route 116 along Old Route 66 claimed a life.  A Pontiac woman was pronounced dead at the scene.  Livingston County Coroner Danny Watson is yet to identify the victim, next of kin are being notified. Sheriff's Police, Illinois State Police, Pontiac Police and the Coroner's Office were at the scene about 10:30 pm.
