39-year-old Andy Leppard of Milford was arrested for the theft of multiple stolen items, including two ATV's, a pickup truck, a trailer, backhoe and a lawnmower.  Iroquois County Sheriff's Police report the recovered items are estimated to have an approximate value of $46,000.  Leppard is charged with burglary, theft and criminal damage to property.  Police say more arrests are expected.
