The 2019 Iroquois County Fair begins this (Wednesday) evening. The queen pageant follows the flag-raising ceremony just before 8 pm. The presentation of 4-H clubs will raise the curtain for the 85th annual event.

The 2018 fair queen, Lyndsey Neukomm of Cissna Park, will crown her successor. The 2019 contestants include: Grace Ahlden, Abigail Wagner, Samantha Jensen, Taylor Hasselbring, Brianne Miller and Morgan Gash.
The queen pageant will air on 94.1 WGFA.
