From The Daily Journal in Kankakee...
Bishop McNamara Catholic School in Bradley & Bourbonnais will be back to in-person learning on Monday & the Kankakee location will follow on Tuesday after last week's storms & tornadoes. The Kankakee site had extensive damage which led to the decision to close schools for the remainder of the week. SERVPRO of Champaign/Urbana & PSI Construction have both on site at the Kankakee building, working & assessing the structure according to a Friday Facebook post. At this time, the school says, there's no concerns from either.
The school said in the post that the road ahead is long & replacements to the roof, windows, floor, buses, HVAC & exterior facilities will take time, but the building will eventually be back to as good as new.
