An Indiana lawmaker has stepped up to re-name a bridge in Carroll County to honor two Delphi murder victims.  Senator Ron Alting has introduced a resolution in committee that would re-name the U-S 421 State Road 18 - State Road 39 bridge over Deer Creek in honor of Abby Williams and Libby German.  The girls were murder victims in Delphi in 2017.  The Delphi Mayor's office and Carroll County Commissioner's office worked the details with Senator Alting to craft the resolution.
