The Kankakee branch of the NAACP is hosting a forum today (Monday) at the Kankakee Public Library. The program is set for 5:30 pm on the 4th Floor of the library.

The forum features the GOP candidates for Kankakee County Sheriff, Tim Bukowski and challenger Darryl Smith.

Also participating are Democratic candidates for the 79th Illinois House seat, incumbent Kate Cloonen and her challenger, John Howard.
