Miss Kiernan Tammen of Danforth and Miss Maci Kingren of Paxton represent their respective Iroquois and Ford County Fairs at the State Convention in Springfield this weekend.  Both young ladies were named the queens of their county fairs last summer. 

The 64th Annual County Fair Queen Pagents is Saturday and Sunday at the Crown Plaza Convention Center. Officials report 73 county queens will compete for cash priozes and the right to represent Illinois at the State Fair this next summer and at the Du Quoin State Fair. 

Kiernan is an Iroquois West graduate attending KCC in the nursing program. Maci is a graduate of PBL High School now attending the U of I in the Parkland Pathways program.
