Two Coyote Hunters found what appeared to be human remains over the weekend. The Jasper County Sheriff's Office reports the remains were found Saturday night, about five miles northeast of Rensselaer. Law enforcement officials did not identify the exact location where the remains were found. The remains were removed from the scene and taken to the Jasper County Morgue for forensic study.
