The National Weather Service advises about the new week's weather outlook -- snow, sleet and freezing rain starts Monday morning, with freezing drizzle this afternoon. High temps near 29 with gusty SW winds as high as 25 mph.  Accumulation of sleet anbd snow near half-inch.

Freezing rain is in the forecast tonight, Tuesday and Tuesday night.
