Three people have been arrested on sex-related offenses in Kankakee County. Illinois State Police report 27-year-old Emmanuel Chin of Kankakee faces charges of indecent solicitation of a minor, solicitation of child pornography and grooming. 36-year-old Dominic Melton of Pembroke Township was taken into custody for indecent solicitation of a minor and solicitation of child pornography and 56-year-old Miguel Cortes-Beltran is charged with indecent solicitation of a minor.

The three arrests were the result of separate investigations carried out by Kankakee Area Metropolitan Enforcement Group Agents, with assistance from the Kankakee County Sheriff’s Office, Bourbonnais Police and the Kankakee County State’s Attorney’s Office.

KAMEG Agents, the U.S. Marshals Service and the Kankakee City Police Department executed a search warrant at a home in the 100- block of North Wildwood Avenue (Thursday). Several arrests were made following an on-going narcotics investigation.

Thirteen adults, a large plastic bag containing 35 individually packaged plastic bags containing suspected cannabis and multiple other items related to drug use and sales were confiscated.

Suspects arrested include: 52-year-old Detrious T. Kizer of Kankakee; 57-year-old Amanda S. Houston; 53-year-old Tubbie L Gordon Junior; 35-year-old Gregory W. King Junior of Kankakee. All were named in warrants for manufacturing and delivering controlled substance, one was wanted for a warrant out of Arkansas, another for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and yet another for failing to appear in court following a burglary arrest.
