A single-vehicle accident in Iroquois County Saturday killed a Glenview (IL) man. The 57-year-old driver lost control of his SUV on Illinois Route 1, hitting another vehicle parked in a driveway. Michael Dolan and a dog with him were killed.

Illinois State Police investigated at 6:45pm near County Road 2400N.

Fog blamed on Iroquois County accident Monday ---

A Chebanse man was slightly injured when he overturned his vehicle at County Roads 800 E and 600 N. 52-year-old David Hanson failed to notice a jog in the road whil;e northbound. Sheriff's Police said the dense fog was a factor. Hanson made a sharp left turn and overturned the vehicle. No citations were issued.

A Cissna Park woman was blinded by the sunlight Sunday while turning into a private driveway. Susan Walder hit another vehicle. A minor injury was reported. No ticket was issued.
