Students' academic achievements will be highlighted this evening in the Watseka Unit Nine school district. The Unit 9 Academic Foundation is hosting its 14th annual Pride Night. The public is invited. Students in grades 4-12 will be honored for their academic accomplishments at the Watseka High School.

A silent auction also raises money for educational projects not currently funded by the school district. A light dinner is available from 5:30 'til 7:30 pm.

Activities begin at 6 pm in the gymnasium. Students will be introduced and recognized for their accomplishments.

The Foundation has provided over $450,000 for creative programs and technology in Unit 9.
