A 30-year-old Illinois man who authorities say is a prime suspect in a two-state drug operation is in custody in Jasper County, Indiana. Sheriff’s Police report Dennis Hogan will be held for authorities in Kankakee County.
The sheriff's office received information Friday, through federal sources working with area drug task force units, on a wanted subject fleeing from Hopkins Park. Agencies warned the suspect may be armed and dangerous.
A Jasper County press release stated, the wanted man was identified as Hogan, also known by his street name "Dino." He was wanted on a violent felony involving the use of a firearm, and was named a prime suspect in a drug operation between Indiana and Illinois.
Hogan was located riding in the backseat of a vehicle along State Road 14. Hogan was taken into custody with incident.
