...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR LIVINGSTON...FORD AND IROQUOIS COUNTIES UNTIL 445 PM CDT...
At 353 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated scattered thunderstorms developing over portions of central and southern Livingston and Ford counties, and western Iroquois county. The strongest storm was just south of Saunemin...drifting south at 5 to 10 mph. These storms will continue to affect portions of the area this afternoon...with the strongest storms capable of producing wind gusts in excess of 40 mph...small hail and torrential rainfall.
Locations impacted include... Pontiac, Watseka, Paxton, Fairbury, Gibson City, Piper City, Claytonville, Gilman, Clifton, Gridley, Onarga, Forrest, Chatsworth, Flanagan, Cissna Park, Ashkum, Buckley, Cullom, Gibson and Crescent City. Including the following interstates... I-55 between mile markers 188 and 207. I-57 between mile markers 258 and 300.
